Internal Dispute Resolution
If you feel there is a problem or misunderstanding regarding any aspect of your pension, IBM Pensions Trust has an Internal Dispute Resolution procedure (IDR) in place to ensure high standards of practice from the Trust and peace of mind for its members.
The IDR is available to all members, from those wishing to join to retirees and dependants of those who are or were in a Plan. If you don’t fall in to any of these listed categories, you can still use the procedure starting from Stage 1 (bypassing the Preliminary Stage) within six months of ceasing to be in one of the categories.
