MND Election 2012: Results
To the members of the IBM Pension Plan and the IBM IT Solutions Pension Scheme
Dear Member,
During February and March 2012, employee and retiree members of the IBM Pension Plan and the IBM IT Solutions Pensions Scheme voted to elect three Member Nominated Directors to the Trustee Company, IBM United Kingdom Pensions Trust Limited. The requirement was to elect one retiree Director, and two employee Directors.
The ballot was run independently by Electoral Reform Services on behalf of the Trustee, and the election was conducted using the single transferable vote electoral system. Following completion of the counting of the votes cast I can now announce that the names of the three successful candidates are:
