Trustee Update on the Court Proceedings
I would like to update you on the status of the Good Faith and 1983 C Plan court proceedings. It is now confirmed that:
• The 1983 C Plan issue is a proper matter to be considered by the court and that the Trustee will take the lead in pursuing the legal arguments; the Representative Beneficiary will maintain a watching brief. Costs have been agreed by the various parties.
• The court hearing, which is scheduled to last 15 days, will take place in May 2012 and will cover both the Good Faith and 1983 C Plan issues.
