Data Protection
The Trustee is regarded as 'data controller' of personal information about members and it processes personal information to:
• Make calculations and provide information to members;
• Pay benefits where appropriate; and
• Provide statistical or reference information about the Plans.
These tasks may involve passing on personal information to the Plans' professional advisers and other third parties.
