Reaching State Pension Age

There may be a few changes made to your pension when you reach State Pension Age (currently 60 for women, 65 for men).

If you decide to start your State Pension, your IBM pension will have more tax deducted to take account of the additional income from your State Pension. There will also be changes to your IBM pension and this booklet explains what you can expect to happen.
