Friends Provident
The Friends Provident With-profits policy was closed to new investment on 6 October 2005.
Some employees across all pension plans may still have AVCs or a transfer-in from a previous pension scheme invested in this policy.
On 29 January 2010, Friends Provident removed the Market Value Reduction on the With Profits fund that was available to IBM employees
Friends Provident have also announced that the annual bonus remains at 1.75% which is the rate that has been in force since 9 January 2009.
On 5 August 2005, Friends Provident introduced a terminal bonus on units held continuously for one or more years. The bonus rate is dependent on when the units were allocated.
