IBM wins Pension Quality Mark
The IBM Pension Plan (Defined Contribution Section) has been among the first of seven Defined Contribution schemes to be awarded the National Association of Pension Funds' Pension Quality Mark.
The award has been given based on the level of contribution by employer and employee, the communications issued and the governance of the scheme.
