Electing Matched Contributions?
M Plan members (excluding Enhanced M Plan) can elect 1% or 2% Matched Contributions during the current You* enrolment period. Each 1% that is elected by you will be matched by the Company.
If you have previously elected Additional Smart* Contributions (ASCs), you may wish to consider whether you want to amend your ASC level for the forthcoming You* scheme year.
If you do not wish to continue electing ASCs at the 2009/10 level, particularly if you have elected Matched Contribuions, you must amend or cancel the level of ASCs in the current enrolment period. If you fail to amend your ASC election, you will have a reduction in your Pre You* salary for both your new Matched Contributions election and ASCs at .your 2009/10 level.
