Forms for DC members purchasing an annuity
If you are purchasing an annuity using the Mercer broking service and have a medical condition or lifestyle that may impair the length of your life you may qualify for a higher annuity.
For example, if you are overweight or are a smoker, you may qualify for an Enhanced Annuity and if you have a medical condition that threatens your lifespan, you may qualify for an Impaired Life annuity.
